Joanna has worked successfully full time, as a freelance medical artist since 1988.

She works in many mediums, either in pencil, watercolour, oils or digitally.  Continued development has resulting in holding regular exhibitions of her own fine art in studios and art galleries, plus more recently obtaining her PGCE qualification.

Joanna is currently the Director of Education for the Medical Artists’ Education Trust.
