I am an artist/researcher from a fine art background and have been a painting tutor at City & Guilds of London Art School since 2001. I specialise in making closely observed, detailed, traditional, hand-made drawings. I spent several years studying and drawing the anatomy collection at the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

My PhD research involved spending five years investigating the role drawing has in showing insight into a disease, focusing on the rare condition Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva.
